–For this workout, there will be a ladder.  Start will (75,55) and add weight (you pick how much) each round.  Your score will be a total time and the heaviest front squat that you did.

 

RX: You added some weight every single round.  No rounds were the same weight and you did not go down in weight on any sets

MOD: You either stayed at the same weight for a few rounds or went back down in weight
