Level 2 WOD:
AMRAP in 18 minutes:
5 Bodyweight Front Squats
Followed by 3 rounds of Cindy – 5 pull-ups, 10 pushups, 15 air squats

Level 1 WOD:
AMRAP in 18 minutes:
5 Front Squats (95,65)
Followed by 2 rounds of – 5 pull-ups, 10 burpees, 15 sit-ups

Level 2 MODS:

MOD 1: 3/4 BW Front Squat

MOD 2: 1/2 BW Front Squat (no less than 115,75), Green Band Pull-ups

 

Level 1 MODS:

MOD 1: FS (75,55), Green Band Pull-ups

MOD 2: FS (65,45), Medium Black Band Pull-ups

MOD 3: FS (45,35), Large Black Band Pull-ups
