Strength Session:



**All working sets of deadlift should be at 80% of your 1RM

**in between each set, complete 20 seconds on of push-ups, 10 seconds rest, 20 seconds of pull-ups

(on the pushups and pull-ups, go for the strength work here vs. high rep counts.  Push-ups on your feet or with a deficit as big as you need.  Pull-ups… go strict, or L-pull-ups, or slowly lowering, etc)



AMRAP in 10 minutes:

5 Shoulder to Overhead Anyhow

10 Deadlift

15 Box Jumps



AMRAP in 10 minutes:

5 Handstand Push-ups

10 Lunges holding a KB at chest (L+R=2)

15 Box Jumps
