(Mike focusing on his positioning during handstands this weekend.  Notice how you can tell that his elbows will come toward you when he bends them? Especially on his right hand. That is what you want.  A handstand is really just an upside down shoulder press… so elbows should come in front of the “bar,” in this case, his hands.)
