(Continuing on with our exercise is fun photo montage, here is Tucker getting the top score of the day on last week’s rowing workout and with a HUGE smile on his face. Hard work feels easy when you are having so much fun!)
Level 1 & 2 WOD:
125m or 30 second row for meters (whichever comes first)
45 second rest
Rest 3 minutes:
Repeat the above.
**If there are more athletes than rowers in a class, one person will row and the other will row during the rest break of the other. You will have two scores. One for the first 16 rounds and one for the second 16 rounds. Your goal is to get 125m is less than 30 seconds. If you do, STOP at 125m. If you don’t, note how far you got and stop at the 30 second mark.
