Step one at CrossFit Julia is setting up your Free Introductory Session. Our values revolve around individual attention, safety, injury prevention, strong support systems, and of course, results! And just like a GPS system, in order to figure out where you are going, you first need to know where you are starting from.
During our Free Introductory Session, we will discuss your goals and needs as well as discuss what CrossFit is and why we do what we do at CrossFit Julia. We will then take you through a fitness assessment to determine your starting point and the next best plan of action that will guarantee your long-term success.
