**Spirit of the WOD**

All sets to be completed unbroken.  Choose weights where the unbroken set challenges you and try to work up to a new 1RM today.  See if your second sets andd 3,5, and 10 can be heavier than your first set of these.. Good form is imperative.  This should be heavy and require concentration. Therefore, rest as needed between sets.

 

POST WOD MOBILITY SESSION:

Back Extension Stretch – 3 minutes

(go onto your knees or less of a backbend if this is too hard for you)

 

Hip Flexor Stretch – 3 minutes each side

(lift arms over the head and twist away from back leg if this is easy for you)

 

Frog Stretch – 5 minutes
