Level 1 & 2 WOD:

On the 2 minute interval complete x 7 rounds:
Sprint 200m
AMRAP Sumo Deadlift High Pulls (75,55)

At the 2 minute mark, you have 2 minutes to complete:
1 Heavy Squat Clean and Jerks

**At the 4 minute mark, start the run, sdhp interval again.

**Your goal is to set a new 1RM during the workout. You will complete 7 SC & J throughout this workout, so plan accordingly for your starting weight and add weight each round. This workout will last 28 minutes. You score will be the total number of SDHP completed and the heaviest Squat clean + Jerk completed.
