Strength Session:

Deadlift

5 x 75%, 80%, and 85% of your 1 RM

**In between each set complete a 2 minute plank hold.  Do your absolute best not to come out of the hold or good position.  We are working on the stamina of your core here.

 

Level 1 & 2 WOD:

50 Abmat Sit-ups
10 Deadlift
40 Abmat Sit-ups
8 Deadlift
30 Abmat Sit-ups
6 Deadlift
20 Abmat Sit-ups
4 Deadlift
10 Abmat Sit-ups
2 Deadlift

**All deadlifts will be at 75% of your 1RM. DO NOT GO HEAVIER THAN (315,205) even if that is not 75%.

MOD 1: 70%

MOD 2: 65%

MOD 3: 60%

MOD 4: 50%
