The 2018 CrossFit Games begin today! They will be taking on the same workout we have in store today. Have fun and see how you stack up to your favorites!

**Spend some time warming up and then you get 3 attempts at a max lift on each exercise. If you fail your lift, you cannot go down in weight. If you succeed, add weight and try to go for more on your next attempts. If you fail all 3 lifts, you get a 0. We will have 4 scores today: one for each lift and a total of all the heaviests lift combined.
