(Throwback to our Youth Summer Camp a few years ago.  Can you spot Aundrea, Bethany, and Josiah?  They have come a long way in such a short amount of time.  Truly amazing to watch all of these youngsters thrive and grow up into amazing humans that will surely have a huge impact on the world to come!)

Level 2

In teams of 3 complete:
AMRAP in 30 minutes:
9 Good Mornings (45,35 # Plates)
6 Ball Slams (30,20)
3 Squat Cleans (155,105)

**While one person completes TWO full rounds of the above, the other two partners will be either A. Hanging from the bar or B. One footed wall-sit (switch feet when you partner starts second round). If one partner comes off the bar or comes out of the wall-sit, everyone must stop working until that person is ready to go again and is back in position.
**Score is total number of reps completed between all three partners on the AMRAP. One round = 18 reps

 

Level 1

In teams of 3 complete:
AMRAP in 30 minutes:
9 Good Mornings (25,15 # Plates)
6 Ball Slams (30,20)
3 Squat Cleans (95,65)
**While one person complete ONE full rounds of the above, the other two partners will be either A. Hanging from the bar or B. Wall-sit (L1 can do a regular wall-sit). If one partner comes off the bar or comes out of the wall-sit, everyone must stop working until that person is ready to go again and is back in position.
**Score is total number of reps completed between all three partners on the AMRAP. One round = 18 reps

MOD 1: (135,95)

MOD 2: (115,75)
