(Dave has been going beast mode lately! Here he is knocking out 70# KB Snatches in sets of 6 unbroken.  No problem.  A few days later, he completed Fran and then stayed and knocked out Grace just afterwards.  Talk about motivation!  Way to go Dave!)

MOD 1: KB Step-ups – hold KB at chest level (35,20)

MOD 2: KB Step-ups (20,18), Jump to Support on wall, Plate Flips (12 Flips – 45#), Farmer Carry (athlete choice on weights)

MOD 3: Same as MOD 2, except step-ups with no weight
