(Very happy to introduce Luis and Christine to the CFJ family!  These two have just started their personal training journey and are doing so awesome already.  Here they are taking on “Jackie” and my favorite part of this was the support they gave each other throughout the workout.  They cheered each other on, held each other accountable, and had a smile on their faces the entire time!  Make sure to introduce yourself when you see them next!)
