(Penny getting some air on these bar jump overs.  There was a time where jumping of any kind was completely out of the question for her.  Small steps every day lead to new horizons!)

**This is based off the workout Grace, so suggested weights are (135,95).  Every effort should be all out.  Hold nothing back today!


Mid Week Stretch:

**This sequence will take 57 minutes!  This should provide some excellent relief. For the supported pigeon, use a blue mat under your knee and a box. Whenever you see a yoga block in the photo, you can use a foam roller instead. Make sure to do both sides for the allotted time frame on single sided moves.
