Cross the Grand Canyon (then cross again)!

The Grand Canyon, located in Arizona, is 10 miles wide and 277 miles long. It’s also a mile deep and a great place for hiking, rafting, or simply enjoying the view. This WOD is designed to simulate going down into the Grand Canyon and coming up again. You start on your feet and slowly descend to the floor, like you are hiking into the Canyon. 

WOD:

30 tuck jumps

20 jumping jacks

10 hollow rocks

10 supermans

20 jumping jacks

30 tuck jumps

Repeat!
