**Choose one of the following and complete at least 3 times this week,

  1. Right Side Ear to Shoulder stretch – 3 minutes

3 minute squat hold

Left Side Ear to Shoulder stretch – 3 minutes

3 minute squat hold

 

2. 30 burpees after each workout

3. Run 800m after each workout… go at about a 7-8/10 pace
