This week’s Grunt Work is going to be a week long effort.  A cumulative effect if you will.

Over the next 7 days, choose one of the the following projects to complete.  Or maybe take on both.  Either way, the results will be awesome!

  1. Complete 5 Sandbag Miles (1 sandbag on your shoulders for the whole way)(Compliments of Paul N… so “Thank” him, not me!  ha ha)
  2. Complete 500 Burpees (do not count any that may or may not show up in a regular WOD.  These are supplementary to those and do not apply here)
