This week’s Grunt Work is going to be a week long effort. A cumulative effect if you will.
Over the next 7 days, choose one of the the following projects to complete. Or maybe take on both. Either way, the results will be awesome!
- Complete 5 Sandbag Miles (1 sandbag on your shoulders for the whole way)(Compliments of Paul N… so “Thank” him, not me! ha ha)
- Complete 500 Burpees (do not count any that may or may not show up in a regular WOD. These are supplementary to those and do not apply here)
