Level 2 WOD:

To be completed Fight Gone Bad style:
Handstand Push-ups
Triple Unders
Grasshoppers (L+R=1, your shin must contact your forearm for a valid rep)
Pistols (L+R=2)
Toes to Bar

**You have 1 minute at each station to get as many reps as possible. After one minute, you will immediately switch to the next station. After all 5 stations have been completed, you will get a 1 minute rest break and will repeat for a total of 3 rounds. Your score is the total number of reps completed over the three rounds.

 

Level 1 WOD:

DB Push Press (35,25)
Double Unders
Grasshoppers (L+R=1, your shin must contact your forearm for a valid rep)
Lunges with KB at chest (L+R=2)(35,20)
V-ups

**You have 1 minute at each station to get as many reps as possible. After one minute, you will immediately switch to the next station.
