With a partner complete:

AMRAP 20 minutes:

Partner A:

Run 400m

 

Partner B:

AMRAP until your partner is done running:

10 pullups

10 toes to bar

10 Lunges with plate overhead (25,15)

 

**the partner running is the rabbit. The other partner will complete as many reps as possible of the AMRAP until the partner returns. Switch places. Your score will be the total number of reps completed between both partners. Modify as necessary
