Level 2 WOD

EMOM x 8 minutes:
Odd Minutes: 10 Deficit Handstand Pushups (2×45 plates for men under each hand, 1×35 plate for women under each hand)
Even Minutes: Legless Rope Climb

**For any remaining time during the minute, do as many pistols as possible (L+R=2)

 

Level 1 WOD

EMOM x 8 minutes:
Odd minutes: 3 Wall Walks (Hips and Thighs touch wall)
Even Minutes: Rope Climbs

**For any remaining time during the minute, do as many jumping lunges as possible (L+R=2)

Level 2 MODs:

MOD 1: HSPU (1×45 under each hand men, 1×15 under each hand women), Ropes (2 pulls with feet men,3 pulls with feet women)

MOD 2: HSPU (No deficit, strict), Ropes (regular rope climbs)

MOD 3: HSPU (1 abmat), Ropes (Blue tape)

 

Level 1 MODs:

MOD 1: WW (thighs only touch wall), Rope Climbs (Blue tape)

MOD 2: WW (5 Kick to Handstand + 3 Push-ups on feet), Ropes (5 Rope Pull-ups–feet cannot touch floor, chin over fists)
