WOD

“3,2,1…2015”

With a partner complete:
3 Rounds of the following sequence..

3 minute AMRAP
20 Lunges with plates overhead (l+r=2)(L2-45,35)(L1-25,15)
15 pull-ups

**partner A will complete the 3 minute AMRAP while partner B will complete as many burpees as possible. At the three minute mark, switch. After each person has completed the AMRAP there will be a 1 minute rest break.

2 minute AMRAP
20 KB snatch (10 right then 10 left) (L2-53,35)(L1-35,20)
15 slam ball situps (30,20)

**partner A will complete the 2 minute AMRAP while partner B will complete as many burpees as possible. At the three minute mark, switch. After each person has completed the AMRAP there will be a 1 minute rest break.

1 minute AMRAP
20 DU
15 push press (L2-75,55)(L1-45,35)

**partner A will complete the 1 minute AMRAP while partner B will complete as many burpees as possible. At the three minute mark, switch. After each person has completed the AMRAP there will be a 1 minute rest break.
