HAPPY ST. PATRICK’S DAY!!!

Level 2 WOD:

“Lucky Leprechaun 7’s”

7 rounds for time:
7 Burpees
7 Kettlebell Swings (70,53)
7 Thrusters (95,65)

**If you are doing the Open, find a partner and do it with them. Flip a lucky leprechaun coin to see if you get to do 6 or 8 rounds instead of 7 so that both partners do equal amounts of work. Alternate exercises with the partner. So partner A does Burpees, Partner B does KBS, Partner A does Thrusters, Partner B does Burpees, etc…. While partner works, you rest.

 

Level 1 WOD:

7 Thrusters (45,35)
