WOD:

With a partner complete:

AMRAP 30 minutes:

50 Double Unders

15 Push-ups

5 Heavy Power Cleans

 

**Partner A will complete the AMRAP while partner B runs a turkey trot… a 200m run with a sandbag.  When the runner returns, switch places. Pick up where your partner left off on the AMRAP.

**Use 2 separate bars for  the cleans if necessary. Substitute 150 singles for DU if needed.
