EMOM x 10 minutes

3 Hang Power Clean + 2 Hang Squat Cleans + 2 Squat Clean Thrusters (from floor)

**You will add weight every 2 minutes. Start at 50% of your max push press. Your last set should be at 90% of your max push press.  You will add 10% of max every 2 minutes.  Have weights prepared and ready to go.
