Skills Session:

All things handstand

**work on your HSPU, Kick to HS, Freestanding, or walks.  Headstands, Tripods.  Walk around the boxes.  Whatever stage you are on, go there and make your weakness a strength!

 

WOD:

AMRAP in 12 minutes:

4 Toes to Bar

8 Burpee Box Jump Overs

12 Wall Balls (Go Heavy and try for sets of 6-12 if you can.  Not mandatory, but push yourself there)
