Level 1 & 2 WOD:

AMRAP in 3 minutes:
Back Squat (As Heavy as Possible)

Rest 3 minutes:

AMRAP 3 minutes:
Cleans (As Heavy as Possibile)

**For this workout, your score will be the total number of pounds lifted across the three minute segment. You will have two separate scores (one for Back Squat, one for Cleans). So, you will multiply the number of reps completed by weight used to get a total score. Figure out the best strategy to maximize the score. You must use at least 75% of your 1RM however as minimum, but feel free to go heavier. No sandbagging, as the picture says, challenge your limits. Back Squats can be done from the racks.


POST WOD MOBILITY: 15 minutes mandatory, save time for this. Athlete choice.
