WOD:

30 Clean and Jerk for time

**The Rx weight for “regular” Grace is (135,95). Today is a “heavy” Grace. So whatever weight you would choose for regular Grace, start with that and add a minimum of 10#.

 

Cardio Kicker:

(Start this Exactly 5 minutes after you finish Grace)

6 x 200m sprints

**Rest 45 seconds between sprints

**Write your total time to completion on the whiteboard (Just for this portion of the workout)
