(Shawn and Alison, mirror images of each other, during Monday’s workout!  This is a perfect example of how to seemingly  unrelated movements, can actually mimic and translate into one another.  One position looks eerily just like the other, so body positioning and execution should also mimic each other.  Great job on this crazy hard workout guys!)
