Level 1 & 2 WOD:

With a partner complete:
Alternating 5 minutes AMRAPS x 30 minutes:

AMRAP #1:
5 Stone Shoulders (athlete choice on weight)
15 Abmat Sit-ups
30 Mountain Climbers (L+R=1)

AMRAP #2:
Row for calories

**While Partner A, completes AMRAP #1, Partner B will complete AMRAP #2. You will switch places back and forth and complete each AMRAP 3 times. The scores will be a total number of reps completed on AMRAP #1 for both partners (1 giant number) and you will also have a total number of calories rowed between the both partners (another giant number). So, 2 scores today.
