(Last Friday at 5pm was deadlift mania.  A full house of awesome athletes moving big weights! I bet when each of these people first walked into the gym, they would have said “I will never be able to lift ___(insert the amount of weight on the bar in the picture)____ pounds. You are Crazy!”  And look at them now!)

**You will have some time to warm-up. Your first set of 1 should be 65-70% of 1RM.  Then continually add weight each rep, taking at least 1 minute between lifts.  Your final reps should be as heavy as possible, or maybe a new PR!! Ring that bell! Focus on Mastering technique today!
