(Tucker knocking out some bar muscle-ups. He wasn’t sure he could link 5 in a row, but managed to do so every single round!  Nice work Tucker!)

Level 1 & 2 WOD:

AMRAP in 8 minutes:
3 Push-ups
5 Air Squats
7 Sit-ups
9 Burpees

**no mods, get it done!  This is a workout that most of you have completed in your first weeks at CFJ!  Time to see just how far you have come since then.  The record for this workout was set by  Gordon at 12 rounds on his very first day.  Can you take it down?
