Level 1 WOD

4 rounds for time:
10 Hand Release Burpee Box Jumps (24″,20″)
8 Hanging Hip Touches
6 second L-Hang

Level 2 MODS:

MOD 1: 10 Second L-Hang, 4 Strict Toes to Bar

MOD 2: 10 Second L-Hang, 10 Kipping Toes to Bar

 

Level 1 MODs:

MOD 1: BBJ (20, 3 plates), 30 second Leg Lift Hold with (10,6# WB) between the ankles
