Level 2 WOD:
20 Overhead Squats (96,65)
40 Abmat Situps with Ball (20,14#WB)
60 Double Unders
40 Abmat Situps with Ball
20 Overhead Squats

*For this WOD there will be a 10 minute cutoff.  You will start with all your equipment on the locker room side of the gym.  Complete your overhead squats, pick up your ab-mat and ball and take it under the pull-up rig for your set.  Bring your ab-mat and ball back to the OHS station, pick up your jump rope, and take it to the rock wall side of the gym to complete your set.  When done, bring your rope back to the OHS station, pick up your ab-mat and ball and complete the set under the pull-up rig.  Bring the ab-mat and ball back to the OHS station and then complete your last set of OHS.  Time will stop when you sprint back and touch the rock wall.

Level 1 WOD:
10 Overhead Squats (45,35)
20 Ab-mat Situps with Ball (10,6)
30 Double Unders
20 Ab-mat Situps with Ball
