Level 1 and Level 2 WOD:

For time, in teams of 2:
30-calorie row
Deadlift hold while teammate rows (225 / 155 lb.)
30 strict handstand push-ups
Handstand hold while teammate performs HSPU
30 toes-to-bars
Static hang while teammate performs toes-to-bars
30 overhead lunge (95,65) (L+R=2)
Plank hold while teammate performs lunges

 

**Each person will perform the designated work before moving on to the next station. So, Partner A, rows and Partner B hold s the deadlift. Switch. Then move on to the HSPU, etc.

**Modify as necessary… for handstands, you can use abmats or then go down to box HSPU.  No Kick to HS today for the rep portion.  You can kick to HS for the hold portion.  If you need your partner to help you kick up, have them help.  For lunges, MOD down to front rack lunges or holding plates overhead.
