WOD:

With a partner complete:
AMRAP in 35 minutes:
Run 800m together
15 Dumbbell Squat Cleans (35,25.. in each hand)
15 Kettlebell Push Press (35,20.. in each hand)
30 Burpees in unison together

**After your run, Partner A will do the squat cleans and Partner B will do the Push Press at the same time. Then you will switch and Partner B will do the squat cleans and Partner A will do the Push Press at the same time. Then, you will do your burpees together in unison. If you aren’t working in unison, count it as a no rep.

MOD 1: DSC (25,10), KBPP (20,18)

MOD 2: DSC (10, 5# plates), KBPP(18, 5 #Plates)
