(Have you met Jaime and Jay yet?   These guys have been doing an awesome job since they stepped foot through our doors and are absolutely crushing their workouts.  Not only that, but they run a mile to get to the gym and then after the WOD, they run a mile home. Supplemental work is a great way to add to your fitness.  What can you do this week to supplement your workouts?)

Level 2 WOD:

Run 1200m (run only one lap around the buildings)

4 Strict Handstand Push-ups

8 Chest to Bar Pull-ups

12 Air squats

Level 2 MODS:

MOD 1: Kipping HSPU

MOD 2: 1 abmat HSPU, Green Band Pull-ups

MOD 3: 2 abmat HSPU, Med Band Pull-ups

MOD 4: Kick to Handstand, Lg. Band Pull-ups


Level 1 MODS:

MOD 1: Knee push-ups
