(One time, a long time ago, Diane missed a box jump.  We have all done that at least once.  It rattles you.  She has been scared to do box jumps since then.  But here she is, in her personal training session, overcoming that fear.  Something she thought she would not do again, and here it is.  Little by little. Insert some courage, and she is back!)
