With a partner complete:

WOD #1:

AMRAP 4 minutes:

5 Handstand Push-ups

10 Kettlebell Swings

15 Air Squats

 

WOD #2:

TABATA Sit-ups

 

**one partner starts on WOD 1, the other on WOD 2. After the 4 minutes is complete, rest 1 minute and then switch places. Repeat both WODs 2x.

**combine your total rep counts together for your score. One score for wod 1 and one for wod 2.
