“Jaelyn”

3 Rounds for time:

Run 800m

10 Deadlifts

50 Double Unders

 

**For this WOD, the deadlift should be heavier than your normal RX.  Channel the spirit of Jaelyn while doing this workout.  She is bubbly and full of life and isn’t afraid to try her hardest until she gets it right.
