*MOD 1: (20,14)

*MOD 2: (16,10)

*MOD 3: (14,6)

 

***For this workout, the numbers above represent how many reps per minute you will complete.  So, for minute one, coach yells 3,2,1…Go, you will do 6 wall balls. You will then rest until the top of the next minute.  At the top of the next minute, you will do 8 wall balls and then rest.  Repeat the pattern with the numbers above for 13 minutes.

 

***We will do this WOD in two heats, so you will have a judge keeping you honest and encouraging you to hit those numbers!
