Level 2 WOD:

AMRAP in 14 minutes:
100 Double Unders
7 Chest To Bar Pull-ups
50 Wall Balls (20,16)

 

Level 1 WOD:

AMRAP in 14 minutes:
50 Double Unders
7 Pull-ups
25 Wall Balls (14,10)

Level 2 MODS:

MOD 1: Chin over pull-ups, WB (16,14)

 

Level 1 MODS:

MOD 1: Band Pull-ups, WB (10,6)

MOD 2: Ring Rows, WB (6), 2x Singles
