Level 2 WOD:

For time:
20 Triple Unders
3 rounds of Cindy (5 Pull-ups, 10 Push-ups, 15 Air Squats)
15 Triple Unders
2 Round of Cindy
10 Triple Unders
1 Round of Cindy

**For Level 2 Athletes, you must do Chest to Bar Pull-ups for an RX.

Level 1 WOD:

For time:
20 Double Unders
3 rounds of Cindy (5 Pull-ups, 10 Push-ups, 15 Air Squats)
15 Double Unders
2 Round of Cindy
10 Double Unders
1 Round of Cindy

Level 2 MODS:

MOD 1: Triple Under Attempts, Strict Chin Over Pull-ups

**If you cannot do strict pull-ups each round, move to L1 WOD for kipping chin over.  You can still practice TU, but score yourself on the L1 Workout side.

 

Level 1 MODS:

MOD 1: DU Attempts, Green Band Strict Pull-ups

MOD 2: 5x singles, Black Band Pull-ups
