Level 2 WOD:

EMOM x 10 minutes
20 Jumping Lunges + 7 Knees to Elbows

*If you do not complete the work within the minute, drop the number of lunges by 2.  If you fail the next round, drop another 2 lunges, etc…everyone goes 10 minutes.

 

Level 1 WOD:

EMOM x 10 minutes
20 Walking Lunges (L+R=2) + 7 V-ups
