(Matt V. tackling 16.4 like a boss.  Even though he wasn’t officially signed up, he still came in and challenged himself to se what he was capable of in these conditions.  It is good to give ourselves a test once in a while, push the limits harder than we are used to, go for broke and see what happens.  You never know what you might discover you are capable of achieving. **In between each set, do 8 front rack lunges (L+R=2) with whatever weight is on the bar. Rest 2 minutes between sets.
