TABATA Push-ups

**Do these on your feet and make sure your reps look impeccable.  Got for 1 perfect rep vs. 10 mediocre.


Level 1 & 2 WOD:

AMRAP in 18 minutes:

10 Kettlebell Swings (70,53)

200m with your KB (70,53… you will only have on KB, so figure out the fastest and most efficient way to do this)

MOD 1: KB (53,35)

MOD 2: KB (35,20)

MOD 3: KB (20,18)
