(Amy and David mid wall walk on Thursday’s brutal WOD!  Way to beat the heat and make it happen you guys.)

Level 2 WOD:

WOD #1:
For max reps, Switch hands as needed.
5 minute Kettlebell Snatch Test (53,35)

**You will be given a “No Rep” if your knees, hips, shoulders, and elbows are not fully extended AND if the KB is not over your center of gravity at the top. AKA… For your own safety…. Make sure that your bicep is close to your ear at the top of this movement.)


WOD #2
For time:
400m Farmer Carry (53,35)
200m Overhead Carry (53,35)
400m Farmer Carry (53,35)

**Count how many times you stop and rest.  At the very end, there will be a penalty for those stops.


Level 1 WOD:

Same as L2, but RX weights are (20,18)

Level 2 MODs:

MOD 1: (35,20)


Level 1 MODs:

MOD 1: (10# DB)
