Pull-ups and/or Muscle-ups
3 rounds for time:
12 Deadlift (medium weight.. you should be able to link at least 3 in a row)
12 Pull-ups (chest to bar if you can link several at a time)
**If class size allows and you need a mod for running, please try to use a bike and go for 2 minutes and 15 seconds. Make it a challenging ride, no coasting. I recommend setting the intensity to an uphill ride that you have to get off the seat for. If you have to use a rower based on class size, go for 400m.
