(One of my best friends in the whole wide world…Mike..the smiley one.  A coach at CrossFit North Scottsdale in Arizona.  His gym owner, Jason, is battling cancer and this WOD is to show respect for CrossFitters fighting to overcome obstacles, big and small. Spreading the love across the states.  Keep fighting Jason. We are with you in spirit.)

With a partner complete….
6 Rounds for time:
5 Muscle-ups
10 Front Squats (155,105)
15 Handstand Pushups
20 Burpees

**While one person completes one full round, the other person will complete rounds of: 5 man-makers, Run 175m until their partner is done. Each person will complete 3 total rounds for a combined total of 6.

MODs: MU (5 Shoot-throughs), FS (adjust weight as necessary), HSPU (abmats or kick to HS)
