Level 2 WOD

With a partner complete:
AMRAP in 30 minutes:
Down/Back Lunges with Plate Overhead (35,25)
20 Kettlebell Swings (53,35)
10 Evil Wheels (empty bar on floor)
5/2 Wall Jumps (Tall Wall for both men and women)

**While one partner completes one exercise, the other will alternate between doing toes to rings and pistols

**Example: Partner A does down/back lunges while Partner B does T2R.  Then they will switch.  Partner B will do lunges while Partner A will do T2R.  Then partner A will do KBS, while Partner B does pistols. Switch.  Repeat the pattern for the 30 minutes.  One round consists of when both partners have completed all the exercises above.  Scores will be an AMRAP score AND one score that reflects total # of T2R and pistols for both partners.

Level 1 WOD

With a partner complete:
AMRAP in 30 minutes:
Down/Back Lunges with Plate Overhead (25,15)
20 Kettlebell Swings (35,20)
10 V-ups
5/2 Wall Jumps (Short Wall for both men and women)

**While one partner completes one exercise, the other will alternate between doing hanging leg raises and wall-sits
