10 Front Rack Lunges (95,65)(L+R=2)
1 Rope Climbs
Run 400m

Level 2 MODs:

MOD 1: OH Lunge (75,55)

MOD 2: FR Lunge (115,75..not a typo)

 

Level 1 MODs:

MOD 1: FR Lunge (75,55), Blue tape climb

MOD 2: FR Lunge (empty bar), 1 move climb

MOD 3: Lunge with no weight, 5 Ring Rows (make sure you touch the rings) + 5 Double Crunches
